Japan's Premier Eagles Tribute Band
THE SUNSET RIDERS is one of Japan's premier Eagles tribute bands.
In 2007, the band released the CD "Listen & Play – Sunset Riders Plays Eagles" through Teichiku Records as part of its Guitar Minus One Series.
Renowned for performances that capture the spirit and sound of the original Eagles, THE SUNSET RIDERS delivers an authentic musical experience that makes audiences feel as if the Eagles themselves are performing right before their eyes.
Featuring timeless classics such as "Hotel California" and "Take It Easy," the band faithfully recreates the unmistakable sound and atmosphere of the 1970s, inviting audiences to relive the magic of the Eagles through an unforgettable live performance.

The Sunset Riders put on a full-on Eagles tribute show, performing nothing but classic Eagles hits like “Hotel California” and “Take It Easy.”
What makes them stand out is that every member sings both lead and harmony vocals while playing their instruments. Their sound is rooted in acoustic folk-rock, but they also mix in instruments like banjo and mandolin to bring out that country vibe—and they’re just as comfortable rocking out with some hard-driving R&R tunes. Their polished performances and smooth harmonies really make it feel like the Eagles are right there on stage!
As a lead vocal group, they’ve been featured on the album “Anata ni Aitai: Songs for the Ones We Love” (KICS-1367, King Records), and did all the arrangements, backing vocals, and instrumentation for Cherish’s “LOVE: Youth Graffiti Days.”
They also released Japan’s first-ever Eagles guitar instructional CD, “Listen & Play: Sunset Riders Play Eagles” (SSK-1008, Teichiku).
They were even praised by Tomoaki Ogura on the Fuji TV show Tokudane! — these guys are hands-down Japan’s #1 Eagles tribute band!

Tomohide Oda（Vocal.Guitar.）…as Glenn Frey
幼い頃よりR＆Rをはじめとするアメリカ音楽-特にS.S.W.系アーティストに多大な影響を受け、自ら曲作りを始める。地元の湘南-横浜や都内でライヴ活動をしながら、その間渡米を繰り返し、様々な音楽に触れる。ラジオCMの作曲、歌を手がけながら98年1stアルバム『OneStepUp』をメジャーレコード会社（マジックアイランドレコード-当時パイオニアLDC系）よりリリース。続く2ndアルバム『‥to …』（AtoNO Records）を02年リリース。続く07年3rdアルバム『Hama-You』をリリース。現在、年間150本以上のライヴ活動を続けている。甘いテナーボイスと迫力あるアコースティックギターが魅力。

Tomohide Oda (Vocal, Guitar) … as Glenn Frey
Deeply influenced by American music—especially singer-songwriter (S.S.W.) style artists—from a young age, Tomohide began writing his own songs early on. While performing live in his local area of Shonan, Yokohama, and Tokyo, he also made several trips to the United States, immersing himself in a wide variety of music.
In addition to composing and singing for radio commercials, he released his first major-label album One Step Up in 1998 through Magic Island Records (then affiliated with Pioneer LDC). His second album, …to …, followed in 2002 via AtoNO Records. In 2007, he released his third album Hama-You.
Currently, he performs more than 150 live shows a year. His charm lies in his sweet tenor voice and powerful acoustic guitar play.

Isao Kanetake（Vocal.Percussion.Drums.）…as Don Henley
沖縄県浦添市出身。98年、自己のリーダーバンドで1stアルバムをテイチクエンターテイメントよりリリース。その後マキシシングルも含めて6枚のタイトルをリリース。また99年、ミッシェルポルナレフのトリビュートアルバムに参加。ワールドデビューを果たす。現在、Jリーグサッカーチームの応援歌、大阪毎日放送での番組タイアップ、年間100本をこえるライブイベントなどなど、様々なジャンルのセッションやバックアップで活動中。2004年には初のソロアルバム『郷海』（徳間ジャパン）をリリース、郷里沖縄のゆったりとした時の流れを唄う。

Isao Kanetake (Vocal, Percussion, Drums) … as Don Henley
Born in Urasoe City, Okinawa, Isao Kanetake released his first album in 1998 with his own band under Teichiku Entertainment. Since then, he has released a total of six titles, including a maxi single. In 1999, he participated in a Michel Polnareff tribute album, marking his world debut.
Currently, he is active across a wide range of musical activities, including support work and sessions in various genres. His projects include theme songs for J-League soccer teams, tie-ins with Osaka’s Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS), and over 100 live performances annually.
In 2004, he released his first solo album Goukai under Tokuma Japan, capturing the relaxed and flowing spirit of his native Okinawa through song.

Hideto Kanamaru has supported a variety of notable artists, including country music legend Yoshio Ohno, folk singer Nobuyo Hashimoto, and entertainer Kinzo Sakura. He has also released CDs with major record labels as a member of groups such as HOT KUMA, Kazuto (his real name) with The SWAMP, and Tomohide Oda & The Rise.
Currently, he is active in a wide range of genres, performing with bands like Something Fine, Crazy Eyes, Mika & L.A. Gang, and Mori Electric Blues Band. Known for his high-tone vocals, rich harmonies, and expressive bass playing, he brings both skill and soul to every performance. His reliable musicianship has earned him a place in numerous bands at all times.

Yuji Hasegawa (Vocal, Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo, Rap Steel) … as Bernie Leadon, Don Felder & Joe Walsh
A highly acclaimed singer-songwriter and guitarist, Yuji Hasegawa is known for his sophisticated solo performance style. As a solo artist, he has released seven albums and has contributed vocals to numerous recording projects.
He made his debut in 1985 as a member of the jazz chorus group Crest Four Singers. Over the years, he has collaborated with a wide array of artists, including Tatsuya Ishii, Satoshi Hayashibe, Hiroyuki Ehara, Miki Asakura, Chikako Sawada, Yasushi Nakanishi, Keizo Nakanishi, Mayo Shono, Carlos Marín (of Il Divo), SMAP, Masachika Ichimura, Shinri Sugimori, and contributed to projects such as the Final Fantasy Song Book: Mahoroba.
Renowned for his ability to support diverse musical acts with just an acoustic guitar, he has earned a reputation as a rare and reliable performer across many genres. He is also an active member of The Hamore e Cantare—the vocal group led by Kenichi Mitsuda, formerly of Stardust Revue.
